In this real estate development, we sought the essence of living in a unique setting, just a stone’s throw from the sea. Every window offers a view that fades into blue toward the horizon, while on the opposite side the majesty of the Gran Sasso dominates. +

We handled the architectural design of the façades, using elegant forms and quality materials to position the project in the upper mid-range of the market, combining aesthetics and functionality.

We then developed targeted communication to reach the ideal audience and created immersive digital experiences. These allowed future residents to enjoy an engaging preview of the residences, establishing a direct connection with the project.

In questa operazione immobiliare abbiamo ricercato l’essenza dell’abitare in un contesto unico, a due passi dal mare. Ogni finestra offre una vista che si tinge di blu verso l’orizzonte, mentre sul lato opposto domina la maestosità del Gran Sasso.

Ci siamo occupati della progettazione architettonica delle facciate, utilizzando forme eleganti e materiali di qualità per posizionare il progetto nella fascia medio-alta del mercato, combinando estetica e funzionalità.

Abbiamo quindi sviluppato una comunicazione mirata per intercettare il pubblico ideale e creato esperienze digitali immersive. Queste hanno permesso ai futuri residenti di vivere un’anteprima coinvolgente delle residenze, instaurando un legame diretto con il progetto.

To bring the Nausica project vision to life, we crafted an identity that unites history, nature, and design.‍‍

The name recalls its Greek origins, evoking the sea and the transformative power of ships, representing a project immersed between sea and mountains. From this inspiration comes a color palette of marine and natural tones, conveying harmony and elegance, perfectly in tune with the condominium’s exclusive design.

The clear, minimal logo distills the essence of the project, recalling its unique connection with the environment. These elements gave life to a suite of distinctive communication materials: from graphic design to promotional assets and the digital platform, every detail was conceived to strengthen Nausica’s identity and create a memorable connection with its audience.

In an increasingly digital world, we chose to go against the tide by pairing it with a targeted offline strategy to strengthen engagement. For the Nausica project, we adopted an omnichannel approach, integrating physical and virtual tools in a synergistic way.

Along the perimeter of the site building, custom signage enriched with evocative images, storytelling, and QR codes connects passersby to the project, guiding them toward immersive and easily accessible digital experiences.

Completing the experience, magazines and brochures printed on premium-quality materials narrate the project with elegance and detail. These materials, offered to clients during negotiations, create a tangible and memorable impression, blending tradition and innovation.

Our team of architects and 3D artists carefully selected the most representative spaces of Nausica, translating them into emotional photographic shots. Every detail of the interior design was crafted to tell the story of the project and convey its essence.

Thanks to realistic representations and contemporary environments, the renderings capture attention and invite users to immerse themselves in the project, offering an evocative and engaging preview of the living spaces.

VISUAL IDENTITY
MARKETING STRATEGY

For the Nausica residences, we developed a marketing strategy aimed at communicating the project’s exclusive lifestyle. By working on online communication channels, such as the dedicated web page and social media, we built a narrative capable of increasing user desire and reaching those who are actively looking for a new home.

We also considered the importance of direct experiences to create a deeper bond between the client and the project. Experiential technologies, designed to offer a memorable immersion into Nausica’s spaces and lifestyle, are part of our strategic vision to enhance contact with the public.
